Meaningful work you’ll be part of
As a Dayforce Engagement Director, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing the implementation lifecycle for Dayforce programs from bid management through to discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation review
Acting as the key client interface between functional and technical teams and the client
Offering experience within HR/Talent/WFM/Pay/Analytics solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
Providing project management leadership and guidance to clients and colleagues
Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking, customer satisfaction and where required project oversight working with a Manager or Senior Manager level Engagement Managers
Leading and supporting blended teams of colleagues, client and partner resources to share knowledge and develop an integrated delivery approach
When required provide coaching to fellow Engagement Managers on project delivery
Experiences and skills you’ll use to solve
Full lifecycle project management experience implementing Dayforce within a consulting and/or IT services environment
Direct experience implementing Dayforce, ADP, Workday, Oracle, SAP/SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
Proven track record of business development skills
Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills and passion for customer service
Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
Working with a sales team, the ability to provide effective pre-sales support when required, including estimating viable, winning solutions
Strong commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
Experience of running a diverse and remote team
Fluent English (French will be asset)

The salary range for this position is $$191,200 - $241,200. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
