What You'll Be Doing
Operate rail loadout systems to ensure accurate and efficient loading of materials
Monitor equipment performance and perform basic troubleshooting
Maintain accurate documentation of loadout activities and material quantities
Communicate with team members and rail personnel to coordinate loading schedules
Follow all safety protocols and company procedures during operations
What Are We Looking For
Ability to operate and monitor industrial equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal and external teams
Capability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following established protocols
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
