Lead and coordinate day shift production activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
Monitor equipment and processes to maintain optimal performance.
Support team members through training and guidance to achieve operational goals.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve issues.

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, alcohol screen, and background check.
Must comply with all company safety and operational policies.
Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
Starting Pay $26.50 per hour DOE
