We are looking for a Database Visualization Engineer to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to Director of Manufacturing and based in Newark, DE.  This is a fully on-site, in office role.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear, documented analytics requirements

  • Clean, transform, and model raw data into organized, consumable formats for reporting and analysis

  • Implement automated testing, quality assurance, and continuous integration to ensure the reliability and accuracy of data

  • Monitor the health of the data platform, optimize data pipelines, and maintain the overall data warehouse structure

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards to support cross-functional manufacturing operations

  • Create custom queries and analytics tools to empower broader analyst teams

  • Investigate and solve issues in a high-variability production environment

  • Perform exploratory analysis and modeling to provide strategic insights

  • Experience with business intelligence tools for data visualization and reporting, preferably Quicksight

Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline preferred

  • 4-7 years’ experience in analytics or software development role

  • Expert level knowledge of SQL and experience with systems like MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB, etc..

  • Data Modeling: Understanding of data modeling techniques and principles.

  • Experience with MRP/ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred),

  • Microsoft Office proficiency: experience with data visualization tools, AWS Quick Sight preferred

  • Experience with advanced functions in Microsoft Excel desirable

  • Experience with Microsoft Technology Stack and AWS cloud services is highly desirable

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to walk the manufacturing floor to validate dashboard accuracy and gather user feedback

  • Must adhere to Personal Protective Equipment requirements in designated areas

Salary Ranges:

$130,400.00 - $187,600.00
