We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Power BI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will support the design, development, and maintenance of business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power BI. You will work closely with senior developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into meaningful insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI
• Connect to various data sources (SQL databases, Excel files, cloud services, APIs)
• Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query
• Write basic DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) formulas
• Support data modeling and relationship building within Power BI

What You Will Learn:

• Maintain and enhance existing reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization
• Document report specifications and development processes

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.
• Basic understanding of data modeling concepts.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
