The Team:

  • As part of the Mobility Business Intelligence team, we deliver enterprise-scale analytics solutions through the design, development, governance, and ongoing support of interactive dashboards and reports across Power BI, Tableau, and AWS QuickSight, serving diverse business stakeholders.

  • We focus strongly on information design and visual storytelling, creating intuitive graphics, guided analytical workflows, and user-centric dashboard experiences that simplify complex data and enable faster, insight-driven decisions.

  • Our team works with large, multi-source datasets and applies best practices in visualization, usability, and performance to ensure analytics products are accurate, scalable, and easy to navigate.

  • We collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technology partners to build impactful analytics applications that blend technical depth with compelling visual design and practical business value.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver rich, interactive, and intuitive analytics environments that guide users to key insights while enabling flexible, self-service data exploration.

  • Build guided analytics user interfaces with structured, step-by-step workflows to help solve specific analytical problems.

  • Establish and apply best practices for interactive and effective data visualizations that support and influence business objectives.

  • Translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into clear, compelling visual stories tailored to diverse audiences.

  • Analyze large and complex datasets and develop visualization approaches that accurately and effectively represent the data.

  • Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and technology teams to deliver practical, user-focused dashboards and analytics applications.

  • Develop and maintain user guides for both existing and new BI solutions, thoroughly documenting the end-to-end solution process.

  • Deliver accurate, high-quality, and insightful visualizations that transform complex datasets into actionable intelligence, enabling stakeholders and customers to make timely, informed, and data-driven decisions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.

  • Enhance end-user experience by creating intuitive, interactive dashboards and reports, empowering business users to explore data independently and make decisions with confidence.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and methodologies, ensuring the organization leverages best practices and maximizes the value of its data assets.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor of Design or related design-focused degree.

  • 2 to 5 Years of experience and strong foundation in information graphic design, data visualization principles, and interactive design concepts.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data into impactful visual stories using solid conceptual and creative thinking.

  • Strong conceptual skills and the ability to turn data into opportunities for visual storytelling.

  • Deep understanding of visual communication and dashboard design best practices.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Self-motivated team player who adapts well in fast-changing, dynamic environments.

  • Experience working with and analyzing large, complex, multi-source datasets using tools such as SQL and Microsoft Excel.

  • Required to work in the EMEA time zone (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST) to ensure alignment and collaboration with global teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Hands-on experience designing data visualizations with leading BI tools, preferably Tableau, with approximately 12–24 months of practical experience.

  • Prior knowledge and/or interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
