Key responsibilities

• Delivery of enterprise digital full funnel diagnosis (both qualitative and quantitative analysis) as key business/brand/A&P effectiveness and efficiency tracking enabler.
• Synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights to align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
• Build and roll out cross-category learnings to dial up enterprise digital capability and embed data-driven learnings
• Monitor and identify media coverage, new product launches, new claims and social conversations etc. across all mainstream and social media platforms for competitors; build social competitor analysis and alarm and share actionable insights to business.
• Assess & build-up automated digital data capabilities with inhouse tech team and external parters, develop enterprise single source of truth for cross-functional efficiency.
• Introduce advanced analytics (A/B testing, precise modeling etc.) and storytelling techniques to increase impact and adoption.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor or master degree in business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in media/EC/digital analytics within a fast-paced industry.
• Direct experience with E-commerce or Douyin operations and analysis is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is a strong plus, with the ability to manipulate large-scale datasets and build robust analytical workflows end to end.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking, with a proven ability to extract actionable insights from complex data, and communicate complex analytical insights effectively to stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Proficient in both written and oral Chinese and English is a must.
