Cirium seeks a Data Supply Management Specialist to support global Fleet data acquisition and maintenance. This role ensures accurate, current, and comprehensive data for Cirium’s industry-leading Fleets dataset, working closely with UK and Philippines teams during UK hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage worldwide airline and aviation authority data supply for fleet information.
- Secure access to civil aviation registries and onboard new suppliers.
- Maintain existing supply, monitor deliveries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Use in-house CRM to track supply activity, generate reports, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Collaborate with SMEs and internal teams to address supply gaps and improve workflows.
- Troubleshoot data issues, implement improvements, and drive automation.
- Stay informed on aviation trends and news impacting data sources.
- Build strong relationships internally and externally to enhance supply processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder
- Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Data literate
- Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and database navigation.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong organizational ability and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving mindset with autonomy in decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or in teams.
- Background in a multinational organization
- Background in vendor or supplier management; aviation experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau) and GenAI applications (CoPilot, Gemini) is a plus.
- Background using CRM systems is a plus.
Additional requirements:
- Willing to work in a people-facing role (involves calls/meetings with vendors/suppliers)
- Open to international travel (possibility of travelling abroad to attend conferences)
