How You'll Make an Impact:
The Data Steward is responsible for data collection, integration, and analysis initiatives. This role will work directly with the Segmentation & Analytics team to validate, augment, and enter data into our CRM system. Additionally, the Data Steward will leverage their proficiency in SQL and PySpark to manipulate and analyze data from various sources, including our CRM and other databases. A key aspect of this role is the ability to create and maintain dashboards, providing valuable insights from the collected data.

Key Responsibilities:

· Map contacts identified from data capture platforms to the appropriate account in the CRM system (Salesforce.com)

· Review and route qualified leads to Sales members. Research accounts when additional information is required

· Use internal and external data resources to conduct research on contacts to help drive the quality of new leads and sales opportunities

· Establish measurable criteria to ensure desired results are acquired and provide the team with updates via tracking reports reflective of Key Performance Indicators in line with set priorities and timing targets.

· Maintain data health by regularly auditing database to ensure minimum required information is up to date

· Utilize SQL and PySpark to query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple databases

· Design, develop, and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and provide analytical support

· Ensure data quality and consistency across various platforms and databases

Qualifications:

· Ability to work independently and as a member of a cross-functional team

· Strong willingness to learn, be mentored and improve

· Actively work on process improvement to streamline existing processes. Exercise independent judgment to evaluate, review and provide recommendations for appropriate action.

· Must have excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize own work, such as multiple projects and assignments

· Experience in building and maintaining dashboards using Power BI

· Experience manually integrating third-party data sources into internal systems (e.g., marketing platforms or CRM)

Non-Negotiable:

· Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field, experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 1-3 years of experience working in a database-related role

· Experience using Salesforce.com CRM

· Proficiency in SQL and PySpark

· Demonstrated experience in creating data visualizations and dashboards
