Candidate will be working as a Data Scientist on the Business Intelligence team. They will be responsible for completing complex analysis tasks to drive business decisions, designing and building customer models and neural networks, and creating AI powered tools for internal and external use. The ideal candidate will be confident working on large projects requiring independent research, problem solving, and decision making. Our work requires us to meet, discuss, and work with people from across the company to coordinate, share our expertise, and refine plans. We employ LLMs to accelerate our own work and build custom tools to improve efficiency throughout the company. Knowledge and experience leveraging LLMs and vibe coding tools is critical as well as the ability to learn new tools rapidly to keep up with the pace of innovation.
Ideal Candidate:
2+ Years of experience
Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Physics, Statistics, etc.)
Strong quantitative reasoning
Experience with foundational software engineering technologies such as git, Kubernetes, and Docker
Strong Python experience
Experience with vibe coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Copilot
Experience working with the Machine Learning toolkit Pytorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras, Openai and Claude agents.
Experience with SQL
Strong communication skills for coordinating work across departments
Enjoy solving complex problems and constant learning.
