Role Purpose
You will work at the intersection of analytics, customer behaviour, and business strategy to deliver insights that shape impactful outcomes across the organisation. The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively, take ownership of projects, and present findings to leadership forums. Using advanced analytics and predictive modeling, their insights and recommendations will drive impactful changes across Retail banking. - Is comfortable working with big and wide data, identifying trends, and analyzing target populations for actionable insights.
- Has a strong interest in analytics, with a focus on measuring performance and refining strategies.
- Has foundational technical skills with familiarity in SAS or SAS Viya, and a willingness to further build expertise.
- Can manage workloads under pressure and deliver results in a supportive environment.
- Can translate basic business needs into data solutions, with guidance, and develop creative approaches.
- Understands the value of testing different strategies and is eager to learn how to evaluate the effectiveness of various approaches to optimize performance.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Qualification: B Degree in Mathematical Sciences, Statistics, Actuarial Science.
- Preferred Qualification: Honours Degree.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics or CVM Analytics, ideally in Financial Services or Banking.
- Exposure to propensity model building.
- Familiarity with SAS or SAS Viya.
- Experience working with big and wide data.
- Experience in identifying trends, target populations, and measuring performance at a foundational level.
- Stakeholder engagement exposure is a plus.
