Job Purpose
You will design and deliver data-driven solutions that improve how we connect with customers and measure impact. You will work closely with analytics, and commercial teams to build models, dashboards and reports. We value curiosity, clear communication, and a practical, outcomes-focused approach. Key Responsibilities
Build, validate and deploy predictive and descriptive models to answer business questions and guide decisions.
Develop automated pipelines to collect, clean and transform data from multiple sources.
Create sales specific dashboards and reports that make insights easy to understand for non-technical colleagues.
Design and analyze A/B tests and other experiments to measure campaign and channel effectiveness.
Work with data engineers, IT and stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance and operational readiness.
Present insights, findings and recommendations clearly to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
Education, Experience & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
1 to 5 years experience working in data science, analytics, or related roles.
Strong programming skills in Python or R and proficiency in SQL.
Practical experience building machine learning models and productionising them.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Comfortable working on-site in Pakistan with a hybrid working pattern as agreed with your manager.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with big data tools such as Databricks, Spark, or data engineering frameworks.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices for data projects.
Exposure to omnichannel, marketing analytics, customer segmentation or experiment design.
Strong stakeholder management and experience communicating technical work to business audiences.
