We are seeking a Full Stack Developer / Data Scientist to architect, build, and operate production-grade applications and analytics that power forecasting, inventory and fleet management, capability readiness, entity management, and competitive insights to join our team in Plano, TX. You will own features from data ingestion and modeling through APIs, frontend visualizations, and operational deployments — working closely with planners, operators, program managers, and commercial teams.

Position Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end ownership: design, implement, and operate data pipelines, ML models, backend services, frontend dashboards, and integrations that support SIOP and fleet/entity analytics.

  • Build and productionize forecasting, demand-sensing, and inventory/fleet optimization models and expose them via robust APIs and UI components.

  • Implement telemetry ingestion and preprocessing for fleet telematics, ERP/MRP feeds, maintenance systems (EAM/CMMS), and external market/competitive data.

  • Create interactive scenario-planning tools and visualizations used in SIOP and program decision reviews; enable what-if simulation and explainability of model outputs.

  • Implement role-based access, data lineage, and governance for sensitive enterprise datasets; ensure data quality and reproducibility.

  • Containerize, deploy, and monitor model and application services with CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.

  • Implement model monitoring, drift detection, retraining pipelines, and feature stores for production ML lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into technical solutions and measure business impact (forecast accuracy, inventory reduction, fleet readiness).

  • Mentor engineers and analysts; establish best practices for reproducible notebooks, modular code, testing, and documentation.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years programming in Python or R

  • 5+ years database and querying with SQL Skills for extracting and aggregating data

  • 5+ years data visualization with the ability to create clear charts and dashboards

  • 3+ machine learning with supervised and unsupervised methods (linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting, clustering), plus experience applying and evaluating models

  • 3+ year experience with model evaluation: metrics, cross-validation, bias/variance trade-off, calibration

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience with model deployment (APIs, Docker, MLOps pipelines)

  • Advanced topics: Deep Learning, time series forecasting, natural language processing, causal inference

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred

  • Certifications (e.g., cloud ML certifications) preferred

Summary pay range: $199,750 - $270,250
