ROLE DESCRIPTION

Leads advanced analytics initiatives within a large-scale, data-rich environment, driving optimization and strategic decision-making across customer and business portfolios. This role translates complex, high-volume datasets into actionable insights and scalable analytical solutions, delivering measurable business impact through modelling, experimentation, and performance tracking. Working in a cross-functional setting, the individual will combine strong  technical capability with commercial acumen to influence strategy and enable data-driven growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics workstreams across customer and business portfolio optimization initiatives
• Analyze large-scale transactional and behavioral datasets to identify growth, efficiency, and risk management opportunities 
• Develop, validate, and deploy statistical and machine learning models to support business strategy 
• Conduct segmentation, lifecycle analysis, propensity modelling, and performance optimization analysis 
• Design and evaluate experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing, control groups, and impact measurement methodologies 
• Prepare and transform structured and unstructured data for advanced modelling and reporting 
• Enhance and optimize analytical code and processes for scalability and efficiency 
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor performance and communicate insights 
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, strategic recommendations for stakeholders 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to operate data-driven initiatives 
• Support senior leadership reporting through structured storytelling and performance tracking 
• Document methodologies and contribute to analytical best practices and reusable assets

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline
• 5–8+ years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, or quantitative strategy roles 
• Experience working with large-scale, high-volume datasets in a complex business environment 
• Strong foundation in statistical modelling, machine learning, and quantitative analysis 
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical tools • Solid understanding of experimental design and causal analysis 
• Ability to translate analytical outputs into strategic business recommendations 
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills 
• Experience in consulting, enterprise, or data-driven organization is an advantage
