Job Description
We are looking for a Data Science Analyst with experience in Advanced Process Control (APC) and expertise in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). This role is important to delivering the latest analytics and model predictive control solutions for a wide spectrum of manufacturing industries. You will bridge the gap between technical insights and relevant business strategies, ensuring that complex analytics translate into measurable operational improvements.

Your Responsibilities:
- You will contribute with the design, and deployment of advanced analytics and model predictive control applications for manufacturing processes.
- Conduct comprehensive exploratory data analysis to uncover process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, applicable business recommendations for clients and partners.
- Support system integration activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with operational goals.
- Deliver client presentations, technical documentation, and training sessions to facilitate understanding and adoption of APC solutions.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 5 years' hands-on experience in process manufacturing environments, with experience in APC, advance analytics, data science, predictive maintenance and process optimization projects.
- Expertise in exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, and MATLAB).
- Knowledge of model predictive control algorithms, control system architectures, and manufacturing best practices.
- Experience leading diverse technical teams and managing complex project deliverables.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experience presenting technical findings to stakeholders with varying levels of technical background.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities.
- Experience applying structured problem‑solving approaches in dynamic or high‑variability operational environments.
- Engagement in ongoing learning of analytics, control systems, or related technologies.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business value.
- Ability to adjust workload or priorities based on changing operational or project requirements.
