About the Role 

As a Data & Reporting Analyst you will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making. Leveraging your expertise in reporting and analysis, you will serve as the primary point of contact for reports in Personal Injury & Motor Claims. You will possess a deep understanding of our reporting needs, along with a passion for transforming complex data into actionable insights.
 

In addition to your analytical responsibilities, you will validate data and build new reports for our line of businesses, ensuring that our reporting needs are met effectively. You will be a key contributor ensure that accurate decisions are made based on reliable data and actionable insights. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong collaboration skills to maximize the value of data in driving positive business outcomes.
 

In this role, you will: 

  • Optimize and Automate Processes: Streamline, modernize, and automate our ways of reporting and deliver data to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Deliver Insightful Analysis: Proactively identify and present new perspectives on business performance, reporting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. You will act as the go-to person for analysis in our lines of business within Claims.
  • Enhance Collaboration: Work closely with your team members and other reporting analysts to refine data sources, while also coaching and helping colleagues with analyses and business cases.
  • Create Actionable Reports: Build and develop clear, insightful reports that can be used by other stakeholders in the organizations.
  • Coordinate Reporting: Coordinate monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes, ensuring that reporting needs are met and aligned in our lines of business.
  • Contribute to project work: Actively contribute to projects that enhance our processes and services to shape solutions that deliver value and improved experiences for our customers.

About the team
You will be part of the Process Development team, a part of Personal Injury Claims Sweden LoB, but spend half of your time working for Motor Claims. Our common mission is to support outstanding claims handling by refining customer journeys, leading digital development projects, ensuring cost efficiency and quality assurance - and offering strong system support to our frontline advisors.

While your team Process Development is a part of the Personal Injury Claims LoB organization, your competence and time will be used to create value both within Personal Injury and Motor Claims. 

Your role in the team is to play an important role in providing advanced reporting and analytical support to stakeholders in and outside of our organization.

Team members in Process Development serve as go-to experts in system and process development projects.  We actively contribute to project groups and stakeholders by gathering and presenting actionable data. We also aim to coach others in best practices for utilizing reporting data.
 

Who are you? 

You have a deep understanding of how to create value based on data and always use a critical mindset when doing analyses. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to driving continuous improvement. As an expert within the reporting domain, you have a strong track record of delivering impactful insights based on data.
 

You also have:

  • A degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data transformation tools (e.g., SQL, Databricks) and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Solid understanding or a willingness to learn Swedish and Nordic reporting solutions within If
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • A delivery-oriented mindset, ensuring timely and relevant outputs.
  • Creativity and curiosity to develop innovative solutions for business challenges.
  • Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English, with strong communication skills in both languages (written and verbal).
