  • LabCorp is seeking a Data Specialist II to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore.

  • Job Responsibilities

  • Lead data management during start-up.
  • Act as a data liaison between Clinical Data Management and all other Covance departments and business units.
  • Manage all client queries.
  • Assist in the identification and initiation of process improvement activities.
  • Create standard data transfer format(s) in compliance with client requests while adhering to both internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Provide ongoing data management support during study maintenance.
  • Ensure uninterrupted client service.
  • Record data transfer activities and maintain protocol portfolios as required to track workload and productivity.
  • Work in collaboration with Clinical Data Manager personnel to assist in day-to-day activities as assigned.
  • Mentoring of new hires.
  • Quality review of teamwork for simple to moderate tasks.
  • Triage responsibilities for work assessment and work allocation.
  • Ability to support as an SME for training requirements.
  • Assisting the SME and manager in the preparation and maintenance of metrics for the entire team.
  • Represent the team in department-level meetings

    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master's Degree
  • Preferred Qualifications

    Engineering/ SQL /Informatica knowledge
