This critical role involves leading the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of data products across Pharma Technical ( PT). You will be the central collaborator, working closely with business stakeholders, IT partners, and data teams to shape the future of data-driven decisions at Roche.
The Opportunity
Define & Drive Product Vision: Develop roadmaps that align with organizational goals and evolving industry trends.
Lead Development & Delivery: Manage data product lifecycles—from ideation to sustainment—using agile principles.
Maximize Business Value: Prioritize features, maintain backlogs, and ensure data products deliver measurable impact.
Ensure Quality & Compliance: Adhere to Roche’s strict data governance, security, and regulatory standards.
Foster Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback and continuously enhance products to improve efficiency and data quality.
Who You Are
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years delivering complex data/analytics solutions in agile environments, with 3+ years in product ownership or a similar role (ideally in pharma or healthcare).
Technical Expertise: Strong expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data architectures.
Core Skills: Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of data governance, FAIR principles, and Pharma Technical Operations domains (e.g., Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality).

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Mississauga is 115,328.00 and 151,368.00 of hiring range.
