Execute the GDPR requests for data erasure and subject access upon request in our Marketing Database.  Perform Data Pull requests as outlined in SharePoint request.  This would require creating light SQL queries in Marketing database. 

This position is expected to work US shift to support NY based colleagues.

Accountabilities:

  • Performs GDPR data erasure and subject access utilizing a custom-built process in our MySQL Marketing Database on a daily basis.
  • Execute SharePoint Data Pull requests within 48 hours.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Intermediate SQL skills is required
  • Familiarity with Tableau
  • Experience in a business environment, writing queries
  • Proficient in Microsoft software applications (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and SharePoint). 
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in common business applications
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to relate information into actionable recommendations
  • Solid oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to learn various internal customer, marketing tools and related applications
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the marketing organization and develop and maintain solid working relationships with those teams to establish trust.
  • Ability to take direction and work independently yet is able to work in a team-driven atmosphere.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
