What success looks like in this role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Processing Support Lead to guide a team responsible for delivering exceptional client and end-user support. This role focuses on team leadership, maintaining service quality, and driving process improvements within a defined service or product area.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the efforts of Data Process Support team members within the assigned service or product area.
Provide direction and guidance for team members performing various service/product delivery duties, including:
Assisting clients via phone, email, chat, or other channels by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information.
Handling and processing product, service, or other orders/requests.
Managing transactions related to product/service changes.
Entering and updating transactional information into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems.
Ensure timely and effective client and end-user support.
Maintain quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for Data Process Support associates.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and communicate recommendations to leadership.
Serve as an escalation point for technical and process issues, overseeing problem resolution.
Monitor team performance and support on-the-job and formal development.
Manage team projects as assigned.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and suitable relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior management experience is not required but experience in informal team leadership is a plus.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
