Simulmedia is a leading TV and cross-screen advertising company that uses data and technology to help brands reach target audiences across linear TV and connected TV. Our platform ingests, processes, and analyzes large volumes of media, delivery, and performance data to power campaign execution, measurement, and optimization.
Role Overview:
The Data Processing Analyst supports the ingestion, validation, transformation, and reconciliation of advertising and campaign data across Simulmedia’s internal systems. This role is ideal for someone early in their analytics career who enjoys working behind the scenes with raw data, building repeatable, task-oriented processes, and ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ingest and process campaign, delivery, and performance data from multiple sources
- Clean, normalize, and transform raw datasets
- Perform data quality checks and reconciliation
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies
- Support campaign pacing and post-campaign data validation
- Maintain data documentation and workflows.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to document and follow structured processes
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SQL experience is nice to have
- Experience with advertising or media data.
Scheduling / Setup:
This position is located in Ukraine. The core team is located in Lviv and primarily works remotely with occasional team meetings in the office. Hours are scheduled to overlap with the US-based team and will typically be 11am-8pm UA.
