About the Role – Who You’ll Work With

The Lead Data Preparation Manager oversees data preparation and documentation workflows to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely submission within a federally regulated program. This role supervises staff, manages quality assurance activities, and ensures that documentation standards and performance expectations are consistently met.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise daily data preparation and documentation activities
  • Assign workloads and monitor caseload progress and quality
  • Conduct audits and quality reviews to ensure data integrity
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff
  • Identify discrepancies and escalate issues as appropriate
  • Support reporting and operational coordination with leadership

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Experience in case management, data review, or regulated program operations
  • Strong written communication and documentation skills

The Work Environment

  • You will be required to complete 2 weeks of training to include webinars and in-person sessions on-site
  • Due to the importance of this position, employees supporting this contract can be required to work extended hours to include evening work, on-call, and weekends to support time-sensitive or real-time complex services
  • This position is considered ESSENTIAL.  This means the Lead Data Preparation Manager will be required to work during emergency or crisis situations, including inclement weather, natural and man-made disasters, etc.


Physical Demands:

 To perform the essential functions of the job, qualified candidates must be able to perform the following: reaching, grasping, hearing/listening, seeing/observing, mobility to walk for extended periods of time, run, carry, load and unload luggage.  Position does require the ability to read written documentation from a computer screen throughout the workday, stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time, and drive vehicles, (alert/vigilant of surroundings) for extended periods of time. 

As a condition of employment, you must:

  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
