Data pipeline & Integration Engineer - Senior Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an – Data Pipeline & Integration Engineering to own and support large‑scale data ingestion and replication pipelines. This role will focus on GoldenGate‑based replication, cloud‑native pipelines, Databricks BAU support, and production issue triage.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support data ingestion and replication pipelines using GoldenGate (GG) and DMS
• Provide BAU support for existing data pipelines (ReplHub, GG, DMS, etc.)
• Lead troubleshooting, production triage, and root cause analysis for pipeline issues
• Develop and maintain data processing and utility components using Python
• Support and enhance Databricks pipelines and workloads
• Coordinate with cloud teams for pipeline performance, scalability, and reliability
• Engage with application and business teams for pipeline changes and issue resolution
• Support testing, validation, and release activities across environments

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with GoldenGate (GG) and DMS
• Hands‑on experience with Python
• Experience supporting Databricks in a production environment
• Strong understanding of cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Proven ability to triage and resolve production issues
• Experience with large‑scale data platforms and pipelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise data platforms and financial data domains
• Knowledge of data quality, reconciliation, and operational monitoring frameworks
