What you’ll do
Execute assigned tasks in strict accordance with established Midigator rules and operational playbooks.
Investigate and analyze transaction histories to identify patterns and validate data integrity.
Resolve chargeback claims effectively, ensuring outcomes align with customer requirements and policy.
Collaborate with the leadership team to identify and implement strategic process improvement.
What experience you need
High School Diploma.
B2 English proficiency (or higher) to effectively document findings and communicate across teams.
1 years of experience in data entry, Customer service , back-office operations, or financial services.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data organization and reporting.
