Support a critical global HR transformation through expert data migration delivery.
The Role
We are seeking a Data Migration Consultant to support a high-impact HR transformation initiative focused on migrating data into SAP SuccessFactors. This 6-month contract role will play a key part in ensuring accurate, structured, and seamless data transition from complex global systems into a modern HR platform.
You will work closely with HR, technology, and transformation stakeholders to manage data flows, troubleshoot migration challenges, and help ensure the integrity of employee data across systems.
This role is based in Toronto with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
What You’ll Do
Support the migration of data between complex global systems into SAP SuccessFactors
Analyse end-to-end data flows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and resolution pathways
Investigate and resolve data rejection issues, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Interpret and validate file structures to ensure alignment with system requirements
Collaborate with HR, technical, and project stakeholders to maintain data quality and delivery timelines
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience migrating data between complex, enterprise-level global systems
Strong ability to trace and follow data flows across interconnected platforms
Experience identifying root causes when data fails validation or system acceptance
Technical proficiency in understanding and reviewing file structures (e.g., templates, flat files, structured data formats)
Clear communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus Points For
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations or migrations
Background in HR systems or HR transformation programmes
Familiarity with data governance or data quality frameworks
Experience working within global or multi-entity organisations

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
