Summary:
The Data Measurement & Reporting Senior Advisor is responsible for designing, managing and identifying process improvement opportunities to support the retail network client custom pricing files and associated reporting. This position works closely with the retail network clients, Account Management, Supply Chain and Pricing. As a Senior Advisor, you will oversee the management of pricing files and corresponding data.
Responsibilities:
Managing the quality assurance process for the retail network client's custom pricing files
Perform weekly maintenance on pricing file data to support internal partners and ensure pricing data is accurate and complete
Develop standardized SQL logic to support ad hoc data inquiries
Collaborate with contracting to help research inquiries to support the retail network/PBM relationship
Maintain and develop standardized automated processes to ensure accuracy, consistency and timeliness
Identify data issues that could potentially impact the accuracy of the pricing files
Develop preventative measures to ensure data issues are addressed
Requirements:
5+ years’ work experience in health care/managed care (with focus in Rx/PBM Operations) field with direct responsibility for data analysis and reporting
Strong database querying skills and experience with tools such as SQL, Excel and Teradata
Strong experience with SQL to integrate and manage large data sets
Experience working cross functionally in a collaborative environment
Data preparation experience required
Comfort working in dynamic and deadline driven environments
