As a Data Measurement & Reporting Advisor, you will help transform complex information into clear insights that improve care delivery, operational performance, and decision-making across Evernorth Behavioral Health, specifically within the Utilization Management space. You will partner with leaders and clinical teams to turn data into action, supporting a culture of continuous improvement and compassionate expertise.
Responsibilities:
Translate complex operational and quality data into actionable insights that support utilization management, quality improvement, and performance goals.
Partner with directors, supervisors, clinicians, and cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that improve outcomes and efficiency.
Design, run, and interpret reports and dashboards that track key metrics and support enterprise initiatives.
Analyze correlations across systems and data sources to identify drivers impacting targets and performance.
Support pilots, process improvements, and workflow enhancements by measuring impact and recommending scalable solutions.
Present findings in clear, compelling formats that support informed decision-making at all levels.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures and data-driven best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor by applying analytical expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, business analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Experience working with reporting tools, dashboards, and large data sets.
Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office tools.
Intermediate skills in Tableau
SQL querying capabilities with interest in expanding skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or utilization management environments.
Experience supporting quality improvement or operational efficiency initiatives.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
