Join NN Group’s new Data Management Office and help shape our enterprise Data Marketplace. If you are passionate about championing data-driven ways of working and enjoy empowering others, this is your opportunity to make a real impact across the business.
As our Data Marketplace Specialist, you will actively promote the use of trusted data, making it easy for colleagues to find, access, and use. You’ll engage with stakeholders at all levels, listen to their needs, and provide hands-on demonstrations to help them get the most out of our data catalog (for example, by guiding engineers in designing Collibra workflows). Your role will include assisting users, answering questions, and supporting teams as they accelerate AI adoption with confidence. By continuously gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement, you will help shape the future development of the Data Marketplace—
setting the standard for data excellence across NN.

By promoting best practices and driving user adoption, you will help embed a culture of data governance and transparency throughout the organization.
Your impact will be felt across multiple teams as you enable smarter decision-making and ensure that data products are managed with clarity and consistency. This is your opportunity to make data governance practical, scalable, and user-friendly.
Your key responsibilities:
