At Concentrix Catalyst, we are seeking a Data Labeler for an important client.

Data is crucial for our cybersecurity detection effectiveness. To harness this data optimally, we require precisely labeled information. We are currently seeking a Data Labeler to manage and oversee the data labeling process.

In this role, you will encounter data that includes emails, which consist of text, email protocol sections, attachments, and more.

Responsabilities:

· Take batches of data and label them according to the project requirements with high accuracy

· Own quality assurance of data sets

· Support the Data Science team in design, execution, and evaluation of experiments

· Maintain labeling guidelines

· Train new labelers

· Work with subject matter experts to define new labeling tasks and resolve ambiguity

· Oversee the peer review of data labels and manage label conflicts

 

What you bring to the team:

· Experience labeling corporate data at scale

· Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently

· Strong comunication skills (english oral and written)

· Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects

· Attention to detail

· Ability to breakdown complex tasks for others

· Curiosity and a desire to improve and streamline processes
