Data Insights Analyst

SUMMARY

 

The Data Insights Analyst will play a critical role in advancing data-driven decision-making by designing and implementing predictive models, performing correlation analysis, and extracting actionable insights from survey data. This position requires mastery of statistical techniques and modern analytics tools, including Python, SQL (Snowflake), and Power BI, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client and business needs.

 

As an individual contributor within the Strategic Analytics team, the consultant will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business challenges into analytical frameworks, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and impact. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

 

This role demands curiosity, precision, and a commitment to continuous improvement—leveraging advanced analytics to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

• Develop and deploy predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
• Perform correlation and trend analysis across large datasets.
• Analyze survey results to identify patterns and actionable insights.
• Write efficient SQL queries to extract and transform data from Snowflake.
• Build dashboards and visualizations using Power BI (or similar BI tools).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into analytical solutions.

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & TRAINING:

 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
• Strong SQL skills and preferably experience with Snowflake.
• Expertise in BI tools (Power BI preferred).
