Your mission
Join us as a Data Entry Officer and help shape the future of NN.
In this role, you’ll actively contribute to the success of both the team and the company by engaging with pension-related processes optimization, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and high-quality service delivery.
What will you do?
Data entry activities
Deliver internal reports
Manages the Pillar 2 adhesions and Transfer IN forms
Performs the contractual changes according to the requests received from the participants
Initiates Business Requests, Change Requests and is responsible for accurate and timely User Acceptance Tests
Cover other accountabilities and specific tasks delegated by the superior, as justified by the business needs
What will you bring?
University degree (economics preferred)
Average PC Knowledge: Word, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Access,
Good command of English – written & verbal
Ability to learn and apply new procedures
Change oriented
Average knowledge: AS400, Talend, Colibra
Familiarized with AI tools such as RPA solutions (Robotic process automation) and OCR (optical character recognition)
Analytical thinking
Attention to detail (accuracy)
Planning and organization
Customer oriented attitude
Good communication skills (business written skills, phone skills and conversation control)
Technical skills
Able to perform in a routine environment
Teamwork
to know how to do an impact analysis on the update processes given when there are changes

The monthly salary range for the role is between 5,244 and 7,000 RON gross. The salary range showcased is only indicative. The final benefits package will be agreed upon during final negotiations with each candidate, by considering different criteria, such as the experience and skills level. Therefore, the finally agreed salary will stay confidential, as per the applicable law and we reserve the right to apply adjustments to the offer at any time during the hiring process.
