We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Calgary, AB. In this role, you will play a critical part in accurately processing and recording cash, valuables, and related transactions in a secure vault environment, contributing to our ongoing success and strategic goals in cash management and secure logistics. As part of the Branch Operations team, you will support daily inbound/outbound workflows while maintaining high standards of security, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound and Outbound Processing

  • Responsible for entering details of inbound and outbound parcels/transactions, receiving, sorting, and verifying all daily and nightly work under the supervision of Branch Management.
  • Process cash shipments, deposits, and valuables with a focus on secure handling and accurate verification.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Work closely with branch management, vault employees, messengers, cashiers, and truck employees (including on relief assignments for cashier duties).
  • Engage in team-based verification and sorting to ensure smooth operations and compliance with security protocols.

Performance Metrics & Accountability

  • Maintain accurate records of all liability, inventory, and transactions through data entry.
  • Achieve high accuracy in reporting, sorting, and verification to support error-free processing and daily reporting requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Participate in training when requested as a part-time vault employee to support company directives.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance data entry accuracy, process efficiency, and workflow in the vault environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in data entry, administrative support, or cash/valuables processing preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven accuracy in record-keeping and verification tasks.
  • Basic knowledge of cash management or secure logistics operations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, secure environment with physical handling of items (able to lift up to 50 lbs in similar roles).
  • Commitment to security protocols, confidentiality, and teamwork.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights/weekends as needed for daily/nightly vault operations.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications (personal firearms acquisition license)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-security setting.

  • Must be eligible to work in Canada and pass background/security checks.
