About the Role
Ensures timely data uploads and consistently monitoring data quality and accuracy. The incumbent will also develop automation solutions for data ingestion and report deployment in coordination with the Data Analytics Powerbi Developers.
Other activities which you will be engaged on include:
• Builds dashboards, reports, and create data presentations.
• Builds processes and tools to govern data analytics across BPI AIA.
• Assesses and learns data engineering tools and data visualization tools.
• Trains and educates the organization as we transform towards a data-driven organization.
• Assesses and improves algorithms build by other data analytics and data scientist resources.
• Aligns with AIA PH Analytics Team on projects, methodologies, etc.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform business strategies.
- Data Visualization: Create visual representations of data findings using tools like Tableau or Power BI to make insights understandable for stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and help develop tools for data collection and analysiss.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
- Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by maintaining databases and data systems, and implementing data governance practices.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Innovative, proactive, creative, well-organized and able to easily adapt to various technologies.
- Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning; attention to details; process-oriented.
- Great interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Can present complex information in a clear and compelling manner.

- Willing to learn new environment and tools and advance your knowledge. Keeps up to data with new research and integrated applications in the area of data science.
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related discipline with 3 years + experience in data/computational focus.
- Experience using programming languages such as SQL
- Experience using visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI.
- Background in handling big data. Strong track record of manipulating, processing, and extracting data from large databases.
