About the role
Drive data platform enhancements by supporting migration to the cloud initiatives, optimising the MSSQL on-premises data warehouse, and ensuring performance, reliability, and data integrity.
Design and deliver scalable data pipelines using integration solutions such as SSIS and SQL, enabling efficient ETL workflows, unified datasets, and seamless data flow across enterprise systems.
Transform complex data into meaningful insights by working with structured and unstructured datasets and building interactive dashboards using Power BI or Qlik.
Lead and collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams by facilitating workshops, translating reporting requirements, resolving complex technical issues, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders and vendors.
Lift data quality and improve processes through root cause analysis, maintaining clear documentation, implementing robust testing strategies, and recommending modern data engineering and analytics solutions.
About you
Hold tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, with extensive experience in SQL and business intelligence, and a proven track record working with complex systems.
Demonstrates strong analytical and strategic thinking by transforming complex data into actionable insights, collaborating with stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and improve clinical outcomes.
Adaptable and quick to learn, with proven ability to manage and enhance data quality processes, ensuring accurate reporting that supports informed organisational decision-making.
Exhibit exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and engage effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
Showcase excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently, while effectively leading and collaborating within team environments.
