Data Management
Implement ETL processes for structured data with T-SQL
Develop, operate, and maintain robust data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric components: Data Factory, Warehouse, T-SQL
Write and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models
Interface Integration: Design and maintain seamless data interfaces to ensure consistent and accurate data flow between source systems and the data platform.
Data Providing: Manage the provisioning of clean, validated data sets to downstream consumers, ensuring timely and efficient data delivery.
Collaborate with BI developers, analysts, and data scientists to deliver reliable data products
Monitoring & Operation
Ensure the stability, performance, and availability of data platforms in production
Troubleshoot data pipeline and ETL failures and perform root cause analysis
Monitor job executions, implement alerting, and ensure incident resolution
Automate routine operations and improve observability (e.g. logging, metrics, dashboards)
Education:
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in T-SQL for complex query development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Practical experience with Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Synapse, Data Factory) for data pipeline development and operations.
Basic scripting skills in Python and PowerShell for automation
Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and monitoring
Experience:
A profile with 3+ years of experience in Data Management / Data Engineering
Proven track record of developing and deploying ETL pipelines, Data Warehouse solution or other data platforms
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work with teams across departments
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
