Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards (mainly in Power BI) tailored to client needs.
- Work with client teams to define KPIs and reporting structures.
- Maintain and optimize our data infrastructure (Google Cloud Platform).
- Manage data pipelines, perform web scraping, and ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and analyze patterns to uncover insights that support marketing decisions.
- Explore and implement AI opportunities to improve daily processes and client deliverables.
- Share new tools, ideas, and AI solutions with internal teams;
- Drive innovation by identifying, evaluating, and implementing modern data and AI technologies within the organization, ensuring their smooth adoption and real business impact.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Looker.
- Experience building or maintaining ETL/ELT workflows.
- Experience with Python (data extraction, transformation, automation, API integrations) and SQL.
- Familiarity with GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, and Cloud Storage) or similar cloud platforms.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Higher education in econometrics, data science, or another related field.
- Interest in emerging data and AI technologies, with a proactive approach to staying up to date on industry trends.
- Curious mindset and a high sense of ownership – you like seeing projects through from data collection to insight delivery.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Docker and containerized environments.
- Understanding of API protocols and frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Flask, REST).
- Familiarity with marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, DV360).
- Interest or basic experience with AI/ML tools for automation or analytics.
