What You’ll Be Doing
Recommending design approaches and reporting options to support successful clinical trials.
Developing simple study designs, custom reports, email notifications, and system integrations.
Participating in study meetings, reviewing specifications, and providing technical feedback to internal teams.
Assessing the complexity and feasibility of deliverables and offering consultation to project teams.
Scheduling and scoping individual project work with accountability for delivery.
Investigating technical support issues related to data delivery and resolving them efficiently.
Performing peer reviews and unit testing for releases across Staging, UAT, and Production environments.
Delivering high‑quality outputs and troubleshooting defects in a timely manner.
Collaborating with Project Management and Validation teams to ensure high‑quality integrations, alerts, and reports.
Maintaining accurate and complete documentation for all assigned work.
Proactively identifying project risks or issues and escalating them appropriately.
Prioritizing tasks and managing workload independently to meet deadlines.
Communicating assumptions and seeking clarity early to minimize rework.
Supporting leadership, participating in professional development, and contributing to team‑building activities.
Completing additional related duties as assigned.
What We Look For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of technical experience and/or database programming.
Experience with Oracle, SQL, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake databases.
Ability to develop SQL/Oracle stored procedures, views, and functions; MS SQL Server experience preferred.
Familiarity with Python (preferred).
Ability to read and develop in XML, XSLT, CSS, and JavaScript.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and manage timelines effectively.
Familiarity with clinical trial industry data standards such as Oracle Clinical or CDISC ODM.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Based in Bangalore or able to work from India in an on‑site or hybrid arrangement.
