About the job
In a processing environment, perform one of the following duties: data preparation/receiving, data entry, online reject repair, balancing, dispatch, printing, rendering, check filing, bookkeeping, statement preparation and returns. May also perform tasks such as encoding transit checks and POD documents per client requirements.
Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM,
What you will be doing
Performing high-volume data entry and keying tasks.
Monitoring workflow and conducting quality checks throughout the data control process.
Managing team schedules and assigning daily tasks (e.g., ATM, Mobile).
Following up with employees on errors and ensuring corrections are made.
Approving timecards, PTO, and sick time.
Verifying and approving daily logs and entries.
Engaging with support departments to resolve operational issues.
Identifying errors in calculations and balances and making corrections.
Preparing and dispatching client statements, adjustments, and cash letters.
Reconciling and documenting out-of-proof conditions.
Performing reject-repair tasks both online and physically.
Other related duties as assigned.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED.
Data control/encoding experience, including at least three years as a Data Control Associate Senior.
Expert knowledge of data control and encoding processes.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions with latitude for judgment.
Proficient written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge of balancing, correction, and output distribution procedures.
