The Data Contributor Fulfillment Supervisor is a critical leadership link between operational execution and strategic goals. You will lead a high-performing team, ensuring that workload distribution aligns with business priorities while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You are not just a manager; you are a coach, a problem-solver, and a key partner to our Professional Services and Business Units.
Coach & Mentor: Conduct consistent 1:1s and feedback sessions to identify development needs and inspire team members to surpass their potential.
Performance Management: Monitor efficiency and productivity metrics, utilizing disciplinary procedures when necessary but prioritizing proactive coaching.
Culture Builder: Model company values and ensure compliance with procedures, creating a sense of ownership and high morale within the team.
Strategic Distribution: Manage daily workload distribution based on fluctuating business priorities and analyst skill sets.
Data-Driven Oversight: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
Escalation Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex tasks and high-level escalations, providing accurate and timely resolutions.
Reciprocal Partnership: Employ prudence and tact to manage the relationship between staff, Professional Services Consultants, and upper management.
Process Improvement: Partner with the Center of Excellence (CoE) and Global Business Services to identify and implement process enhancements.
On-Demand Support: Act as a responsive subject matter expert for Business Owners and Consultants to meet evolving business needs
Completed Bachelor’s Degree is required.
Advanced English proficiency (B2+ or C1 level). Must be able to influence stakeholders and negotiate priorities effectively in English.
1+ years of advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or MS Excel (Pivot Tables, and data visualization).
Proficiency in Google Slides or PowerPoint to communicate team metrics and project updates to leadership.
Minimum 1 year of proven experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), Quality Control (QC), Team Lead, or similar leadership position.
Previous Training and /or Quality experience.
Previous back office experience.
Professional attitude, fast learner, and desire to grow within the company.
Strong analytical and problem solving oriented skills.
