Job Description Summary

A couple of years a go we have created a tool to ingest Valuation Data in our platform. The project was never finished although 90% completed. We will now finish the project by refactoring the existing data ingestion and storage pipelines for Netherlands Valuation data, while ensuring consistency with global V&A standards and architecture.

Job Description

•Establish a unified and definitive source of information by scraping valuation models and migrating data from alternate locations or platforms.
•Perform analyses using valuation data to derive meaningful insights and attain a deeper understanding of metrics such as yield development, rent progression, and vacancy rates for valuers
•Create a user-friendly interface to provide a general overview of all conducted valuations by creating a dashboard.
