The Impact You’ll Make

We are looking for a proactive Data Collection Analyst to join our Template team. You will focus on sample collection and verification for ID support for different clients, working closely with the Product, Engineering, and Customer support teams.

What You’ll Own & Drive

• Conduct in-depth data evaluation. 
• Onboard and integrate new templates into the system. 
• Collect, structure, and manage operational data efficiently. 
• Map request and response logic based on vendor and regional specifications. 
• Operate and maintain tools developed by the Engineering team. 
• Review analytics feedback and drive optimization initiatives. 
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including customer-reported bugs.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and consistency. 
• Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination. 
• Background in working directly with Sales and Customer Support teams. 
• Experience with compliance tools or identity verification platforms 
• Familiarity with fraud prevention and digital identity verification trends. 

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or any data related degree. 
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or Product Operations. 
• Proficiency in: 
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 
  • Notion (desired) 
  • Python (desired) 
  • SQL (notions) 
• Solid understanding of data mapping and operational workflows. 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams. 
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment. 
• A willingness to work from our Belgrade office when required. 
• Understanding of privacy and data protection standards relevant to identity verification.
