Your Role
1.设计并开发高可用、可扩展的数据闭环平台，覆盖数据采集、传输、存储、标注、挖掘、仿真回灌等环节
2.构建场景库管理系统，支持基于规则/机器学习的 Corner Case自动挖掘（如 cut-in、鬼探头、低附着路面）
3.开发仿真回灌（Reinjection Simulation）工具链，支持将实车数据在台架等仿真环境中复现
4.实现自动化测试流水线，将闭环数据自动触发仿真测试，并生成评估报告（如指标对比、回归分析）
5.与算法团队合作，建立数据-模型-性能的反馈机制，量化数据对模型精度的提升效果
6.优化数据存储与计算成本，设计高效的数据版本管理与元数据索引策略
7.支持 HIL/SIL 测试中的数据注入需求，确保仿真与实车行为一致性
Your Background
1.计算机科学、软件工程、车辆工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历
2. 3 年以上自动驾驶/ADAS 相关开发经验，有完整数据闭环系统落地经验
3.精通 Python，熟悉 C++/Java/Go 至少一种
4.熟悉常用数据处理框架（如 Pandas, Spark, Dask）和数据库（如 PostgreSQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB）
5.熟悉自动驾驶数据格式（如 ROS bag, Apollo Record, BAG, MDF4）及传感器数据解析（Camera, Radar, LiDAR, GNSS/IMU）
6.了解仿真平台（如 CarMaker）及场景描述标准（OpenSCENARIO, OpenDRIVE）
7.具备 Linux 环境开发能力，熟悉 Docker、Git、CI/CD 流程
8.良好的沟通能力和跨团队协作意识
优先考虑：
有IPG CarMaker开发和使用经验 熟悉火山/阿里/腾讯云平台 K8S开发和部署经验
