Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring the safe, competent, timely and cost-effective service on all Client Technology equipment and operating system. Responsible for the supervision of the Client Technology team.Responsibilities:
Installs and configures systems and applications according to business needs.Performs routine system maintenance device firmware and software updates, and configures data protection s well as configures backups to ensure storage systems are maintained and current up to date.Under general supervision, reviews new and existing system designs and applications to identify areas for improvement.Supports the enhancement or improvements in existing technologies and adapts processes and procedures. amidst the changing system, server, storage and/or data protection environments.Performs security and speed audits to system, server, storage and/or data protection performance and identify gaps that may lead to potential outages.Under general supervision, designs and develops some aspects of data conversion necessary for system operations.Works with vendors and other third-parties to secure back-end development and implementation of system, server, storage and/or data protection infrastructure technologies and products.May Under general supervision, assists with coding required for individual modules and/or less complex functions as part of administration in support of server systems and/or applications. development.Uses broad technical knowledge to design workflow systems that provide seamless integration for various systems and/or applications.Monitors and controls system, server, storage and/or data protection environments by performing system capacity analysis and planning to ensure efficient resource utilization and optimization.Provides other analysts in order to develop functional and technical subject matter expertise for systems and applications environments at Memorial.Competencies:
