More about the role

At the heart of our analytics and data team, you will help turn ideas into impactful solutions from concept to delivery - ensuring business impact. Acting as the bridge between business functions and the BI delivery team you will own the analytics agenda within your business areas, ensuring that our solutions directly contribute to our strategic goals.

Working closely with stakeholders in your business areas, you will lead end-to-end delivery of data & analytics solutions, from mapping business needs and defining metrics to designing, building, and driving adoption of the data products that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and functional leads as the main analytics counterpart for your assigned business areas.
  • Validate data accuracy, KPIs, and business logic to ensure reliability and trust in reporting.
  • Translate business requirements into solution designs that enable data-driven decisions and measurable business impact.
  • Work closely with our BI Lead and the delivery team to build, test, and launch data and analytics products.
  • Develop intuitive and user-friendly reports and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Support the full lifecycle of BI products - from prototype to deployment, adoption, value creation and continuous improvement.

About you

You are a curious, analytical professional who enjoys connecting business challenges with data solutions. You are a fast learner, comfortable working across diverse business areas, combining hands-on solution work with stakeholder engagement, and you take pride in driving adoption and creating tangible value.

What we specifically will look for:

  • Must hold a valid Danish residence and work permit.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English as this is our corporate language.
  • 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Product delivery.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into analytical and technical specifications.
  • Understanding of data modelling, dimensional design, and modern data warehousing.
  • Experience with Power BI for report design and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, or similar modern data platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
