Overview of the Role:
The Data Analytics Manager will be a crucial member of a high-performance team, partnering closely with Renewals, Sales Strategy, Finance, Product, and Field Leadership to support strategies that improve retention. This role blends expertise in data analytics, predictive modeling, renewals strategy, and business operations. Success in this role means supporting the development of the Attrition Insight Center of Excellence (CoE), the source of truth for renewals and attrition data at Salesforce.
Sample deliverables range from the strategic to the operational including building scalable attrition insights dashboards, running deep dive analyses, creating and presenting enablement materials and developing detailed analytic models.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Renewals, Sales Strategy, Finance, Product, and Field Leadership to proactively identify attrition drivers and mitigation strategies
Collaborate with Data Engineering to enhance data infrastructure and data governance
Conduct deep dive analyses on attrition leveraging large volumes of datasets using SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.
Document processes, data sources, metric definitions and enablement materials for diverse stakeholders
Build and deliver presentations with recommendations to senior executives
Develop self service reporting through dashboards, toolkits and
Support automation and enhancement of key processes to improve accuracy, timeliness and scalability of insights delivered
Desired Skills and Experience:
7+ years of business analytics experience
High level of confidence and comfort in working autonomously without constant supervision (self-starter, strong initiative, fast learner)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Degree in a quantitative field or equivalent relevant experience required.
Proficiency with SQL(Snowflake) and Tableau. Python and/or R a plus
Experience creating BI dashboards and assets end-to-end; from initial scoping, data wrangling, asset creation and deployment
Strong presentation skills
Use of AI in daily operations
Great teammate able to lead and work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus
Strong situational analysis, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Detail and quality-oriented with the desire to quickly learn new concepts, business models, and technologies

The typical base salary range for this position is $123,100 - $186,300 annually.
