In this dynamic environment we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Data Analytics Manager to join our Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit team in Athens.
Lead and develop a data analytics team supporting internal audit activities
Design and deliver advanced data analytics to identify risks, control weaknesses, trends, and anomalies across financial and operational data
Develop and implement data‑driven audit methodologies, tools, and innovative practices to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness
Partner with internal audit teams to plan and execute data‑enabled audit procedures
Provide clear insights and practical recommendations to strengthen internal controls and risk management
Prepare high‑quality reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and audit committees
Proactively identify challenges in the audit process and propose effective, value‑adding solutions
Stay current on industry trends, emerging tools, and best practices in data analytics and internal audit, bringing fresh ideas to the function
What you bring matters:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
Proven experience leading teams and mentoring junior professionals
Strong background in data analysis, auditing, and internal control testing, with solid knowledge of auditing standards and practices
Advanced technical skills in analytics and automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Alteryx); experience with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is desirable
Demonstrated ability to assess business processes, identify inherent risks, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and high standards of accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work effectively in a fastchanging environment, and collaborate within crossfunctional teams
Agile, proactive, and eager to learn new tools and technologies
Confident, positive communicator with a strong teamoriented approach and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
