Your Impact:

Join AirTrunk’s People & Culture team as a Data & Analytics Manager, where your expertise will shape how we understand, plan, and engage our workforce. This role is central to maintaining accurate data, managing headcount and budgets, and delivering insights that drive impactful decisions across talent management, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

In this role, you will:

  • Partner with P&C teams and Centres of Excellence to analyse workforce data, highlight trends, and deliver reports that inform strategy.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, ensuring accuracy across systems.
  • Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences.
  • Apply AI and predictive analytics to anticipate workforce needs and improve data governance.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Technology to align workforce data with financial planning and system integrations.

What you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years experience in HR analytics, reporting, or related data-focused roles, past experience in HR business partnership beneficial.
  • Strong technical skills in Power BI, Tableau, and Excel; SQL or Python experience is preferred.
  • Practical HRIS knowledge (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) and familiarity with HR processes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence through data storytelling.
