Data Analytics Internship – Summer 2026
Location: Indianapolis, IN; Mason, OH; or Atlanta, GA
This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. This Data Analytics Intern will be responsible for supporting our CX Solutions team in various projects relating but not limited to, utilizing data analytics to synthesize compelling business stories that guide strategy and inform tactical priorities, performing intentional measurement and improvement of digital platform health, and streamlining AI solutions for manual processes.
How you will make an impact:
Partner with the team and stakeholders to manage and surface new insights around the voice of the customer
Perform established analysis for routine diagnoses of quality, use, cost and other variables to find new opportunities for improvement
Evaluate existing digital products and competitor and industry data to improve existing products and make recommendations for new products.
Partner with business stakeholders and IT to determine the best solutions to enhance functionality and increase user satisfaction, solve member problems, and meet other goals.
Participate in the Agile Scrum process to ensure product solutions are fulfilled.
Minimum Requirements:
Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship and work in-office at least once per week (May 18th-August 7th).
Enrolled in an approved academic undergraduate program in: Data Analytics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Business Analytics, Quantitative Sciences or related field of study.
Students must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship requirements
For the Veteran internship, candidates do not need to be students as military experience and training can be substituted for educational experience.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Knowledge of database technologies such as Snowflake and/or MS SQL Server is preferred.
Knowledge of Python, PowerBI, and Tableau is greatly preferred.
Proficiency within the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong preference for advanced Excel knowledge
Excellent Problem-solving, Analytical, and Organizational skills
