Job Description

The Service Delivery Expert is responsible for the day to day operations, ensuring the Data Operations are delivered in a timely, efficient and effective manner. Work with the Managed Service Provider to coordinate and ensure that services are delivered, Service Level Agreements are met.

He/She will also manage the interface between the unit, the customers, users, and third-party service providers. The Service Delivery Expert contributes to service improvements within service management to improve the quality of the service provided and /or the process efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Handles the build-up, warehousing, organization, transformation, processing, quality, and governance of demand-capacity datasets
  • Executes scripts, workflows, and models needed for geospatial analytics, facility-based forecasting, build and selling decision-making
  • Maintains proper versioning and archiving of databases arising from new information, quality checks, area-based updates, and demand-capacity data refreshes by applying data management disciplines and best practices
  • Blends and processes the demand data produced by multiple sources, projects, and initiatives to ensure a cohesive, de-duplicated, clean database
  • Implements governance over proper use, access, and interpretation of demand data and reports by internal customers
  • Handles the integration and access to Enterprise Data and Customer Analytics data marts and platforms to enable the confluence of internal and external data for richer insighting

  • Enablement of monitoring for key performance indicators and business outcomes, e.g., customer experience quality, facility utilization, cost efficiencies, benefits realization, etc., in collaboration with stakeholders

  • Stakeholder Management  - Able to operate effectively with business partners. Communicates with partners to promote mutual, in-depth understanding of respective organizational roles, policies, etc.

  • Incident Management - Ability to manage and coordinate with  appropriate and timely response to incidents/issues.
