About the Role
We’re looking for a Head of Data & Analytics Strategy to shape the agency’s data vision — translating analytics into actionable growth strategies for clients. You’ll lead the use of data as a creative and strategic asset across all marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics frameworks.
Drive the integration of data strategy into media planning and performance measurement.
Partner with client teams to identify business opportunities through data insights.
Oversee dashboards, predictive models, and attribution frameworks.
Collaborate with data engineering and tech teams to enable scalable solutions.
Mentor analysts and strategists to elevate the agency’s data literacy.
Requirements
12–15 years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or marketing science.
Proven success translating data into strategic narratives and business outcomes.
Strong understanding of media measurement, econometrics, and digital analytics tools.
Experience leading analytics teams within agencies or consultancies.
Excellent stakeholder management, visualization, and communication skills.
